Short term research personnel for a project 'Tilings of the Zd lattice'
We are seeking short term research personnel for the project on ''Tilings of the Zd lattice'' coordinated by Professor Nishant Chandgotia and funded by Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB). There a few short term positions (2-3 months) and one slightly longer term position for 7-8 months.
Who can apply ?
Independent researchers with an active research program who are proficient in combinatorics, dynamics, probability, or ergodic theory and some interest in tiling problems (look at my papers for this or recent papers on the monotiling conjecture). Experience in running simulations of various probabilistic models will be a welcome addition.

Eligibility
PhD in Mathematics. In exceptional circumstances we are willing to look at applicants with an undergraduate degree as well.
