Abstract: We consider a quasilinear hyperbolic system of partial differential equations governing the dynamics of a thin film of a perfectly soluble anti-surfactant liquid. We construct elementary waves of the corresponding Riemann problem and study their interactions. Further, we provide exact solution of the Riemann problem and we show that the solution of the Riemann problem is stable under small perturbations of the initial data.
