Abstract: In this talk, we will discuss the background and current developments in the research area named “Bohr phenomenon”. To be specific, we will concentrate on some recent advances made in the study of the Bohr radius problem for complex-valued functions in one and several variables, along with extensions of the Bohr inequality for Banach space valued functions. Our discussion will include some earlier results as well as our work on this topic.
